It should be logical and attractive

Web pages should have basic design that is readable in defferent browser.
Do not crowd too much text and too much images.
Design your website in such a manner that your pages to be accessible to all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation and specialised design.
Maximize legibility.
Split long section off in to separate pages.
Use a simple intisive and consistence design.
Validate pages to minimize errors.
